- Body by Vi (1 scoop)
- a couple pieces of tropical frozen fruit ( Walmart brand)
- 8 oz Soy milk ( Aldi)
Blend !!!
This is a ow calories replacement meal
Body vi is 90 calories
frozen fruit 80 calories
soy milk 100 calories
