Hello all its time to weigh in!  We are starting a weight loss challenge 02/01/2014!

 This Morning I had a great smoothie Ingredients

  • Body by Vi (1 scoop)
  • a couple pieces of tropical frozen fruit ( Walmart brand)
  • 8 oz Soy milk ( Aldi)
Blend !!! 

 This is a ow calories replacement meal
Body vi is 90 calories
frozen fruit  80 calories
soy milk 100 calories
